About

         This blog is as the name suggests, about Food, Fitness and Health. I started doing it for couple of reasons, this has always been a big area of interest for me and I feel that doing this blog will encourage me to find out more about how the body works and how to keep it in good shape.

         I also believe that there aren't that many places to find out about how to keep fit and healthy so I'd like to think that this could turn into a good resource on those trying to find their feet on the path to good health. 

         About me specifically I'm a very active person who plays hockey and likes to run, swim and go to the gym. I'm not a sports scientist or anything like that, I studied Chemistry with Pharmacology Msci, so I have a bit of an interest in the chemical / drugs side of health and sport, but largely any information I've put on this site has been found through research or experience.

         I plan to do some reviews on sports equipment / tech / suppliments so if there are any companys reading who would like me to review something let me know!
