Recomended Reading

I do a lot of reading to find out stuff for this blog, below are some books that I've read and thought were worth a look. 

Bounce - The Myth of Talent and the Power of Practice - Matthew Syed

The name says it all, this book discusses how all world class athletes got to the place they are today by putting in at least 10,000 hours of 'purposeful practice". Its a great read and will encourage you that the only thing between you and greatness is some hard work and long hours. I wasn't sure of the idea at first but by the end I was convinced.

The New Abs Diet - David Zinczenko

This is one of those all bases covered how to get into good shape guides. It provides you with tips on exercises, nutrition and routine to help you get in shape. It is very factual and helps you understand why you should do things. A must read for anyone aiming to be the best they can be!
