Meal Plan - 04/11/12 - 10/11/12


Hello!
         Here is my meal plan for this week, again its similar to previous weeks, though as per I've swapped things around and left myself the odd treat, such as steak on a Friday, and some planned chocolate on a Saturday as I always find myself in need of some quick sugar after I play hockey!


Sunday:
B: Muesli with yoghurt
S: Raisins
L: Pork Sandwich
S: Scrambled Eggs
D: Toad in the Hole with veg 
S: Peanut butter on Toast

Monday:
B: Porridge with Honey
S: Almonds + Raisins
L: Chicken Curry
S: Protein Shake

D: Chicken Stirfry

S: Cranberries

Tuesday:
B: Scrammbled eggs on Toast
S: Protein Shake
L: Turkey Stirfry
S: Pumpkin Seeds

D: Chili
S: Walnuts

Wednesday:
B: Muesli with yoghurt
S: Almonds
L: Sandwich with salad + fruit
S: Power Bar
D: Blueberry and Banana Smoothie
S: Peanut butter + toast

Thursday
B: Scrambled eggs + Toast
S: Cranberries
L: Chicken Curry
S: Protein Shake
D: Meatballs with Wholemeal bread
S: Raisins and Almonds

Friday:
B: Porridge with Honey
S: Orange + banana
L: Sandwich with fruit
S: Protein Shake
D: Steak with green veg and salad
S: Almonds

Saturday:
B: Banana + Blueberry Smoothie
S: Power Bar
L: Unknown
S: Chocolate
D: 
Chicken and spinich in wholemeal pita
S: Mixed nuts

B: Breakfast
L: Lunch
D: Dinner
S: Snack
