Chicken Tikka Masala |
On a personal level it is mine and my brothers birthday this week, so I know that I'm going to be eating a fair bit of rubbish while I'm celebrating. I also know that I'm going to start making Christmas snacks like sausage rolls, and some puddings that I'm going to snack on. Instead of just giving up on eating well I'm still sticking to an 'ideal plan' but knowing that I can detour from this. I'm also using the less then healthy options as a reward to make sure I exercise to compensate for the extra food I'm eating. So if I complete my weights workout I'm allowed to have a brownie etc.

Cheers
