It's only 2 days till Christmas so I'm sure lots of you are starting to panic about not finishing your shopping and preparing for the big day itself. For once I've been really prepared this year so except for a couple of things I picked up last Friday I finished my shopping a week ago, the only concern for me was that I'd have enough food in the fridge to last me until Thursday as I've got no intention of going to any big food stores before then!

My main concern over this week is going to be finding the motivation to exercise, I'm hoping that I can do my first bit of cardio in a week tomorrow and go for a decent run, which will give me a chance to try out the Strava running app (review coming soon hopefully!) and hopefully in the new year I'll get properly involved in the running club I mentioned before. The meal plan below relies very heavily on what I have in the cupboards up until Thursday when I'll risk the shops again, luckily I have been keeping good stocks of real meals in the freezer for times like these.
Hopefully I'll get something up before Christmas but If not have a Merry Christmas and try not to eat too much!
